ABOUT ORDERING AND SHIPPING

After your order is placed, you CANNOT add items to it. To purchase additional items, you must place a new order.
If the new order is made before the current order is processed, you may have the two orders shipped together.
Please make this request in the comment box of the additional order.
We CANNOT ship together orders processed on different dates.
Orders are processed every morning (except Sundays and business holidays) at 8AM Japanese time. To know whether your order has been processed or not, please log into your account and click on purchase history.
Prior to shipping, you may cancel items at any time; but after your order is processed, you CANNOT make revisions to it.

Although rare, sometimes an item is sold out even though you were able to order it.
Our inventory system is automated and consistent, but mistakes CAN happen.
You will be able to confirm the final results of your order in the "Your order has shipped"
confirmation email sent to you on the day of shipping.

ABOUT CUSTOMS

You are responsible for paying all customs fees (duties), if any.
If you fail to pay customs, reject your package, or provide an incomplete shipping address which leads to undelivery as well as your package being returned to Japan, you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
The country to which you import goods determines the customs fee.
Likewise, the country to which you import goods determines if or when it will release your package.
AS KNOW AS (the shipper) cannot determine, control, or influence the customs fee.
Nor can we determine, control, or influence if or when customs will release your package.
Please do not confuse shipping fees with customs fees.
The two are totally unrelated.

ABOUT SHIPPING FEES, BILLING AND EXCHANGE RATES

To cover the unknown shipping fee and to avoid multiple card transactions, all orders include a temporary shipping charge (5,000 Yen).

If your order meets our free shipping conditions, the shipping charge will be removed on the day of shipping. Otherwise, YOU WILL BE BILLED THE ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE, EMAILED TO YOU ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING.
This temporary figure may change in the future. You can always confirm this figure on the last page of your order form.
Please understand that when you place your order, your card is NOT charged.
Your card is checked for authorization to be charged.
Your card is charged the day we ship or at the end of the month in which your order is shipped.
(EXCEPTION: Special pre-arrival orders, as for the annual Happy Pack.)
We can only charge your card UP TO the amount displayed (authorized) in the total of your order.
The shipping fee cannot be calculated until the package is weighed prior to shipping.
Why the temporary shipping fee?
Let's say, for example, that you order 20,000 Yen of goods to be shipped to Hong Kong and we DON'T add the extra 5,000 Yen fee to the total.
We will be authorized to charge your card up to 20,000 Yen only.
What about shipping?
On the day of shipping, we weigh your package and learn that shipping is 1,800 Yen.
This means that the total you must pay is 21,800 Yen.
But we can only charge you 20,000 Yen!
We must then access our credit card consignment company, GMO, and perform a new manual authorization of 1,800 Yen.
If the authorization is successful, we can ship your package.
If the authorization is unsuccessful, we cannot ship your package EVEN THOUGH IT'S READY TO SHIP.
In this case, we must contact you and request new card information.
But sending card information by email or even by fax is not very safe and is not advised.
Your order suddenly becomes very complicated, and the worst part is that you don't receive your goods on time.

To avoid this problem, we add the 5,000-Yen cushion at the beginning of the order.
So, assuming the total of goods is 20,000 Yen, the total is initially 25,000 Yen.
But your card is not charged 25,000 Yen. It is only authorized to be charged 25,000 Yen.
Later, when we weigh your package and determine that shipping is 1,800 Yen, the total is revised to 21,800 Yen.
The most important thing is that your card will only be charged 21,800 Yen and your package will be shipped RIGHT AWAY.
Of course, if shipping exceeds 5,000 Yen, we still must perform a new authorization for the difference.
But most shipping fees do not exceed 5,000 Yen to Asia, so we think this is a fair amount as a cushion.

We understand that you wish to know the shipping fee before clicking on the order button.
However, the shipping fee cannot be calculated until the package is weighed prior to shipping.
Although it's impossible to calculate perfectly, here are some general guidelines in grams for your reference.

All charges are settled with GMO at the end of each month.
The exchange rate determines what you pay in your local currency. When will the exchange rate be determined?

Sample scenario:

You place an order September 28.
We ship October 1.
The charge to your card is settled with GMO on October 31.
GMO forwards this charge to your credit card company.
This takes a day or several days.
THE EXCHANGE RATE IS DETERMINED when your card company receives and processes this charge.

We do not accept returns or exchange requests.
Please always confirm size specifications thoroughly before ordering.

If you think your order has been sent incorrectly, please contact us within 3 days.
If you think an item has been sent in imperfect condition, please contact us within 3 days.

ABOUT STOCK INQUIRIES

When an item is very low in stock, the OUT OF STOCK sign is turned on.
In this case, you may inquire about availability.
There is a fair chance we can find the item you want if it's NOT a sale item.
If an item is available, we secure it for you and create a special, private URL that only you can access.
This URL remains active for 48 hours. If this is not enough time to place your order, please contact us.

THIS IS A SPECIAL SERVICE.

Securing an item requires reordering the item and/or moving the item to our online facility.
It also means that the item will no longer be available to other customers.
If there is a chance you may not purchase any or all items you inquire about
